This achievement is very simple, even though it is 50 races you need to complete, not win, it will come with natural progression towards the other achievements and unlocking all the cars and tracks. Just make sure not to concern yourself with this achievement upon starting this game.

Once you’ve completed the championship mode, classic races, time track, quick races and the 5 wins over Xbox LIVE, you should only need to complete 5 more race for this achievement. The easiest way to do this is to start a championship mode with the Andorra Racer (which seems to be the most well rounded car in the game), and just play. Once you get to the third and final race, make sure to finish second to avoid playing the lakeside race, which is head to head and wouldn’t count anyway. Each time you do Championship Mode that is 3 races completed. Depending on what you’ve done so far as mentioned above, you should only have to do 5 races. This will be easy to knock out and shouldn’t take to long.
