Pretty easy to get and you should get it quite early on in the game - Simply hit a perfect serve and it should unlock this achievement!

To get this all you really have to do is hit a Perfect Serve. To do this hit the or button to start your serve, and when the 5 stars fill up on the screen, hit the or button again. This will give you a perfect serve and get you the maximum speed.
