In the Superstar adventure mode, complete every challenge in one court (each court is named after a SEGA game) to unlock this Achievement.
Winning each challenge unlocks the next, until you have finished them all (note that not each court has the same number - some have as many as thirteen, though the shortest appear to be Space Channel 5 and Samba de Amigo, which only have two challenges each).
You need to match the requirements of the challenge or greater to earn an A ranking. Rankings of AA or AAA will also count toward this Achievement.

You can also complete Golden Axe for this, which only has one challenge (albeit it a singles tournament, which takes a little longer).

See "Step into SEGA World," but instead of completing the achievement for one of the mini-games, do it for all mini-games for a level.
