In the Superstar adventure mode, complete the eighth challenge in the Super Monkey Ball court (singles tournament) to unlock this Achievement, and the secret character Mee Mee.
You must also beat all seven challenges prior to the singles tourney, as winning each challenge unlocks the next.

Anyone got any tips on beating the level where you have to get the black ball through the gate? I'm finding it impossible!

For this achievement you must unlock Meemee. You can unlock her by winning the singles tournament, which is the 8th mini-game, in the Super Monkeyball level in Superstars mode.
