How to unlock the Puyo Puyo! achievement in SEGA Superstars Tennis - Definitive Guide

First you need to unlock the game mode. To do this, play Superstars Mode until you have unlocked the Puyo stage (20 Challenges at rank A or above). Now play all of the challenges in this stage. Once you have completed Challenge 10: Score With Puyo with at least an A ranking, you will see a 'New Ball Game' notification.
Now exit to the Main Menu and go to 'Games'. Select single player and choose Puyo Pop Fever.
Now you should wait for some puyos to fall in to position, and decide which colour you want to allow to accumulate. Aim for the less common coloured puyos until there is at least a 20 puyo combo. Now aim for this puyo combo for the achievement. Fever Mode does not count for this achievement.
Edit: Ripley LV426 has commented saying that this can be unlocked in Superstars Mode, during the "Clear the Puyo Wall" mission. Thanks.
Edit: When playing through the game on a separate account, I found the third mission: 'Clear Red Puyo' to be a good mission to attempt this achievement. Simply ignore the red puyo until there is a combo of 20. Good luck.

Great tips! Just wanted to add this can also be done in Superstars mode. I got it during the "Clear the Puyo Wall" mission.

Works nicely...........I do think alittle luck is involved also but just be patient. I served at colours I wanted out of the way then didn't return the ball straight away. Instead served again at another colour I wanted out of the way. Then I noticed alot of greens together and smashed the ball. Got 26x :)

For this is I suggest doing it on the 7th mini-game in the PuyoPop Fever level, because for that mini-game you will be clearing large walls of puyo, and there is more then enough chances to get a combo of 20 or even higher.
