In the Superstar adventure mode, complete the second challenge in the Sonic the Hedgehog court (singles tournament) to unlock this Achievement, and the unlockable character Amy.
You must also beat the first challenge prior to the singles tourney, as winning each challenge unlocks the next.

I found this game challenging although it was fun.

To get this achievement you need to unlock Amy in the Sonic the Hedgehog level in Superstars mode. Win the 2nd mini-game, which is a singles tournament, to unlock her.
