Go to XBOX live and click T.V. then Highlights and look at the game you are about to watch and make sure it's a single match with 1 set because i randomly chose one and it was a doubles match with 5 sets and 6 games (i quit then looked for a shorter game) and yes just watching a Highlighted game will net you this. Watch until the game ends and the achievement comes up.
You can also look for a game thats on live and try and catch the ending and it will unlock.

somehow every single highlight I try to watch as soon as I join the match it says connection to channel lost :/ any way to fix this or something???

For this you need to go onto XBOX LIVE and watch a match in full.

From the main menu select Xbox LIVE, then select TV, then go into the Live Channels, and search for a game that is being played. Once you find one, highlight it and enter it to begin watching the match. You must watch the game until it ends to unlock this, so just sit back and watch or do whatever you want just make sure to watch the entire thing.
