The very first stage of the game is the best for this as it has 2 of the pink Chicken Leg creatures that swing their tails. Once you get to the last area of the level (just past the second Chicken Leg) SAVE your game. You then need to kill each enemy while keeping your creature. If you fall off you can still get back on but if the creature runs off screen then reload your save.
A good way top do this is to inch the screen ahead little by little till 1 enemy comes out, If you go to far too fast you'll have 3-4 at once but inching out get you 1 maybe 2 guys to dispatch. Once the last guy is killed you'll get the achievement between stages.

Corrupt
This can be completed in any level apart from level 4. Make a save when you get near the end if you wish. Simply make sure you are riding a creature at the end of the level. Most bosses can be killed whilst on a creature, especially if you are playing on easy. You can still remount your creature if you fall off, if it runs away just reload your save and try again.
