How to unlock the This One Stands Alone achievement in Sega Vintage Collection: Golden Axe - Definitive Guide

Step 1: Press Back and go in option, set a button to have both attack and jump on it, to make the move easier. Do not make it rapid fire!
Step 2: Pick the panther
Step 3: Use the move **forward-back-forward attack+jump**, repeat the move on the other direction or back up a bit, rinse and repeat.
Step 4: Win

This move was actually xRogue 5x solution to get the True Ending. Credits to him.

True, i have done the game with narkaotik and it took us 5 min to do the vs, each of us 5 min hahahaha, have fun guys :-)

How do u make one button jump and attack I can't figure it out.

Press start or back (select), cant remember wich, while in the game, there should be option or control, anyway... it's pretty obvious... you'll see all buttons and all actions possible, just highlight attack and jump on one of them

Instead of replacing one of your primary buttons, you can set it to the RT, so you can use normal attacks if you want to. Using the special attack during the campaign is useful too, so better set it to RT.

You have to beat the other characters then a evil version of yourself to get this achievement. A total of five 1 on 1 battles. I used Ax Battler the blue character as he has the longest range but you can use whoever your most comfortable with.

Best way to get this achievement is to take advantage of the save game feature. At the start of every match just save your game. If you lose just reload the save and try again. Remember when you advance to the next fight your health goes back to full.

Select VS MODE from the start screen. You will have to fight against the other playable characters, Griffin, and an evil version of yourself. Pick Chronos Lait (Panther guy), and just spam + (Toward, Away, Toward, B+C), his unblockable attack to win all these fights with ease.
