How to unlock the Utter Obliteration achievement in Sega Vintage Collection: Golden Axe - Definitive Guide

This can be done on the very first level, with any character, as soon as you collect one magic pot.

Attack an enemy until you knock them off their feet. Easy way is to do a 3 hit combo with your weapon. Now as soon as you see them leave their feet use your magic.You should get the achievement during the magic animation.

I spent 15 minutes trying for this achievement before I realized when you start the SVC:GA up the default game is GA2, not 1. D'oh

Seriously, add that to the solution. The "II" is not obvious from the main screen and there's no reason to think GAII would be the default. If it weren't for these comments I'd have put a boot through my screen.

This can be done on the very first enemy, or any enemy after. After your final blow/throw you will hear the enemy scream press your magic button (defaulted to ) and this will unlock.
