NOTE! This achievement cannot be backtracked to and can only be performed at one point in the game. Be aware of the below information when you start the Pyramids level.
The Pyramids is the ice level. Outside of the pyramid, where the Sphinx and the various doors are, there is a spring in the bottom left corner.
In order to use it to wash your face, you must first beat the Ice Pyramid I & II dungeons, so that the Sphinx starts asking you questions when you talk to it. Fail a question and get dropped onto the spikes below, then go down to the spring and press up to use it.
Asha will then kneel and wash her face, and the achievement pops.

The spring is located down and the the left of Sphinx. But all you can do when you first get there is examine it. To actually use it you need to first clear out the first 2 pyramid sections. Then when you get to sphinx answer his questions incorrectly and you will be thrown down onto a spiky ice structure. From here head to that spring and you will wash your face in it.

Difficulty: 1/10
To get this Achievement, you must first be playing Monster World IV, then you must get to the 3rd area in the game which are the Ice Pyramids.
From here you will talk to the Sphinx and clear Ice Pyramids 1 and 2. The Sphinx will them quiz you before allowing you access to the 3rd Pyramid. You must answer about 6-8 questions correctly in a row to get in so odds are you will get this achievement regardless unless you've already played this game before.
The goal of the Achievement, is for you to purposely fail and answer a question incorrectly. This will drop you onto an ice spike and hurt you, but also allow you access to the Spring in the bottom left and your Achievement.
