Sega Vintage Collection: Streets of Rage

This achievement requires you to defeat the Stage 3 boss in Single player, as Axel. This can be done on any difficulty.

Next sentence is a bit of a spoiler so read on at your own risk.

The boss is a robot of Axel and you are required to defeat him as Axel. Boss is fairly straight forward, he uses all Axel's moves and is quite difficult to grab or use bareknuckle on. So you're best off hitting a wave of punches on him then retreating until your next opportunity. It's simple enough really if you do it on an easier difficulty.

Just to inform, you can do this by stage select, if you don't want to go from the first stage

This is done on Stage 3 of Streets of Rage 3.

The imposter is the version of Axel with the blue fists. Simply select Axel and make your way over to the end of the stage. Then, fight him. Try to roll away from his attacks by double tapping or . Then use jump kicks, + to stun him. Then go at it with your attack. It should be pretty easy.

Stage select: In the game's menu, highlight battle, then hold and . Options should be highlighted. Then press . A high chime should play, letting you know that the code was accepted. Now you can select any of the six stages.
