Collect the hidden magazine on contract 1 (left side of stage, behind some walls). Go to menu. Select the new costume. Load chapter 2 and play it with the new clothes.

Unlockable costumes happen every other contract starting with #1. Once you've unlocked one, go to the Main Menu and you can either choose R2 while selecting a contract to change into the outfits, or the actual Clothes option on the menu can work too. Now go into a contract and you'll get the trophy with no additional work required.

There are clothing collectibles hidden through many of the story contracts (see Expert Collector for more info) but you only need one for this trophy. Just go to the Clothes option from the main menu, change up the outfit and enter a contract.
