How to unlock the Hey, Listen! achievement in Serial Cleaner - Definitive Guide

You'll be introduced to this mechanic in Contract 9: Disco Fever.

There are certain items on the level, speakers mostly in this one, you can activate which after a delay create loud sounds that make guards go to them.

Should be able to get this pretty naturally in this level, but what I did was activate the speaker directly below spawn, and then get that guard to follow me up and right to the speaker in the top right, and activated that. This popped the achievement.

It didn't seem like four enemies but it popped for me, also popped Hello, boys! Which I had been having issues popping. Thanks!

For me, I actually received this during Contract 9, but not from a sound decoy; instead, it was due to the Whistleblower that summoned the surrounding guards to investigate. However, this contract also offers you the chance to get it with the DJ mixtable or surrounding speakers. You might actually obtain this further down the line of missions, as there will be some instances where the amount of guards intersect one another on paths, making it easier to lure them.

Contract 9 (Disco Fever) introduces sound objects, which you can use to gain the attention of cops temporarily. The large speakers on the dance floor are great for getting this but failing that, the speakers in Contract 14 (God of Thunder) are options as well.

On Contract 9, there will be the decoy mechanic introduced (purple icon). Once you interact with them you have a few seconds until they make a sound and attract any police officers near by. The larger the decoy, the larger the range. On Contract 9 there is a large DJ table an large speakers that attract police officers. Use it to unlock this achievement.
