You unlock clothes/costumes by finding the "hidden" magazine in each of 10 specific contracts/levels. You need to progress to Contract 20 to find all 10. Your collection is saved on the spot, so the achievement pops as soon as you find your 10th magazine. You can repeat any contract if you didn't find the magazine on your level completion. You can quit after finding it.

I got all the items and the clothing achievement didn't click. Can someone help me? 🙁

If you are having trouble unlocking this you need to replay the game from the start. Wipe all of your save data from console & cloud and then run through the game. You don’t need to worry about getting 100% of the blood in each level (unless you still need that achievement) so you can get through the 20 levels in around 3 hours if you don’t make too many mistakes.

Costumes are unlocked by finding magazines throughout the levels. Starting in Contract 02, you'll be able to find it slightly alternate between costumes and movie contracts that you can find throughout the level (there are 10 movies, 10 costumes, so across 20 levels, that makes sense). There is a meta-trophy that keeps track of what you have unlocked, unlocking whenever both sets of collectibles have been obtained:
