How to unlock the Mommy's Little Boy achievement in Serial Cleaner - Definitive Guide

Load contract 2. Go inside your house. Interact with: radio, TV, mom, newspaper. Quit to main menu. Repeat 14 times. You'll unlock all 4 achievement for interacting with these objects/person.

FYI - you can also just restart the level - no need to go all the way back to the main menu. I just got the achievement this way.

Starting after Contract 01, you'll have some free time before driving off to your next assignment. This and three other trophies can be obtained during this time:

Your mother may be in random locations throughout the story. She might be sitting on the couch watching television, in the kitchen cooking, outside grilling or watering the plants, or elsewhere in the map; she will always be able to be talked to, much like interacting with the television or radio, so if you have done everything but that, check the surroundings for her pink blouse or gray hair.

Do note that there is a point in the game where you will be unable to do this without restarting on an earlier contract. If you don't get this through normal progression, simply choose Contract 01 again and go back through it all.

After each contract, the Cleaner will return to his house to recuperate and receive his next contract. After a brief cutscene, you will have free reign of the house and can interact with a number of things before you get in the car and go to your next contract. Make sure to talk to Mom, listen to the radio in the left side of the house, watch TV in the living room and read the newspaper on the porch before leaving every contract but even if you miss one time, that's okay too. You can load up any Contract that has a segment at home before it and interact with anything you missed.

In between levels, you end up back at your house. This acts as a game hub. There are four interactables: the newspaper, TV, radio, and your mother. Interact with all of them each time you return there to unlock this achievement.
