How to unlock the …Now You Don't achievement in Serial Cleaner - Definitive Guide

Easy to do on Contract 3. You will start the mission next to a house in the top left corner, which a detective will come by and examine every few seconds.

Just go in the front door of the house to "hide," wait until the detective comes by, and pop out. He will notice you and his flashlight will turn red, then just hit cn_A to hide again. Wait until he resets and has "lost" you, pop out again. Rinse and repeat.

Starting Contract 2, you will be given hiding spots to slip into in the form of cardboard boxes, bushes, and other forms. Slip into a hiding spot to avoid the guards from pursuing you, which will be a lifesaver when you are so close to completing a contract after cleaning up the blood or picking up a majority of the items you need. Simply hide while being pursued five times to clear this trophy.

I did this and only got the Now You See Me... trophy.
Do they unlock together or did I do something wrong?

They can, but if it doesn't, you simply have to run into a hiding spot, any hiding spot, while the enemy sees you. Another contract, as suggested on the partner/sister site TA, suggests trying the third contract. If you still don't get it after trying, I'll do more research for you on it.

Edit: So, it is similar to Now You See Me, as you escape capture using the hiding spot. What you're going to do from there is basically stay there until it is clear, then re-emerge and repeat.

This is similar to Now You See Me... but here you must hide while in the cop's vision cone without much of a chase. Contract 3 (Horoscope Date) is a great one to do this in, because there will always be a hiding spot in the top right corner of the map in the form of a boat and there will be a cop that walks over there during his patrol. Simply hide in the boat, reveal yourself in his vision cone, then immediately hide again. When he gives up, he will go back to the same place as before and you can pop out and hide again. Do this five times to obtain the trophy.

Similar to "Now you see me...", once in the police's vision cone and in a hiding spot, wait until their vision cone goes back to normal and pop out again in front of him and then quickly hide again. Do this five times to unlock the achievement.
