After you do the introductory tutorial scene at your New Year's Eve party, each character gets to tell a story of a previous cleaner job.
The first chapter includes 4 missions. Haven is the default 1st mission, but after that, you can do the other 3 in any order.

Haven is the easiest level to get the following achievements
The A New Broom Sweeps Clean achievement in Serial Cleaners worth 47 pointsComplete one mission without getting busted
The Blood Capade achievement in Serial Cleaners worth 71 pointsDo a single blood slide for 5 seconds as Bob
