On "One for the Road" once you've been booted out of the Mech, you'll find a road that bears right away from the main story objective. If you follow this road far enough you'll come to Fulbert's farm and complete the "Armed, Farmed, and Alarmed" side quest. Here the achievement will pop.

This achievement can be completed on "One for the road" it is called "Armed, Farmed, and Alarmed" you can find it by follow the right path in the little town that you get to after you get forced out of your mech. Keep following that little path until you eventually find a farmhouse on a hill at the end of the road and the game will direct you from there. To make this easier make sure you have infinite ammo turned on and even tourism difficulty or play on co-op and set respawn timer to 0.
