In the mission "Four horseman of the apocalypse" when you're on your way to the second beacon site a side mission will eventually pop up to find an artifact, follow this objective marker until you find and pick it up. Upon completion your achievement will pop. To make this easier make sure you have infinite ammo turned on and even tourism difficulty or play on co-op and set respawn timer to 0.
