Healthy Kleers are the enemies that look like bulls but they are skeleton bulls that shoot chain links at you and will melee you. All you have to do is kill 50 of these close range with your double barrel shotgun. They can be found in large hordes in the majority of your missions in almost any defense area when you are trying to beat the main story.

Best way to grind this really quick is on the misssion called Machina Ex Deus as there are hundreds of skeletons spawning right at the beginning from the mission. also did the mininuke 100 kills here and got both achievements in 10 minutes!

Am I missing something feel like I took so many of the skeleton things out with direct hits using double shotgun still no achievement.
