This achievement is obtained by completing the level "Carcassonne" and will pop immediately upon completion. There are lots of horde wave areas in this level that can get fairly repetitive. To make this easier make sure you have infinite ammo turned on and even tourism difficulty or play on co-op and set respawn timer to 0.
