Start "When in Rome" on Normal difficulty. You should spawn in with a Rocket Launcher. Simply shoot at your feet until you have less than 10HP, exit the tunnel and use the concrete barricade as cover from the snipers. 7 "Processed" Melee enemies will spawn for you to easily kill and get the achievement.

got this at the start of Machina Ex Deus while i was going to Atomic Wedgie for killing 100 enemy's with a single Nuke.

To complete 'No Surrender' kill 5 enemies while under 10 health.
This can be done on the first mission straight away, run forward towards the horde until your health is low then retreat and spray your minigun into the horde for an easy achievement.

Took a few tries. Easy to load the quick save up. Had to kill way more than 5 to get it. Easy still.

What difficulty? Can you also mention that you are limited on time before cut scene? Pretty sure it is. I loaded the bridge with skeletom guys and got it on easy

The best way to get this one is by starting a game on survival mode. The first wave has the melee knife guys I don't know the name of, that do 5 damage per hit, and a few of the floating guys thta bite you, I wanna say vampires but it's daytime soo....
Anyway let one bite you and to will drop your health slow enough you can stop it around 20 health, then get stabbed by the melee guys a couple of times and you will likely be able to drop all of them in a second when you need to. They have next to no health and not exactly smart.
