Even easier , in the prologue - Mission 00 , don't move forward and just hold down RT until the achievement unlocks.

Thumbs up on this solution. I tried to do it on the prologue mission as others suggested and even when standing still or backing away from the fight I could only use 5-600 rounds before the fire attack started and triggered the cut scene.

On mission 0 or the very first mission you load into, don't move forward at all and just hold down the right trigger infinitely until your achievement pops.
