In the mission "Four Horsemen of the apocalypse" before you plant your first beacon you will run into a mission to find a key and then to bring it back and unlock the door. Follow your mission objective markers until completion and your achievement will pop. To make this easier make sure you have infinite ammo turned on and even tourism difficulty or play on co-op and set respawn timer to 0.
