Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem

Continue moving counterclockwise along the mountain to the left of your starting point. You will need to jump from a high platform, but before doing so, stop and kill the enemies. This place is located in the shade of the mountains, so it's perfect for buying time.
Get a recovery item when your health is reduced to half.
If you don't buy time, you won't have enough health until the second half.

However, the most important thing to unlock this achievement is to get used to operating the tank.
