Once you acquire the Burner gun, group 10 or more enemies together & shoot an enemy for it to explode & take out the others around it
Straight after acquiring the weapon you'll be put into a series of firefights where you'll have plenty of chances to get this achievement, playing on tourist difficulty will help a lot with this & I recommend you shoot a big enemy such as an arachnoid or a bio-mech when it has a lot of smaller enemies around them.
