Pretty simple
Throughout the campaign there are minefields that exist around the map edges to discourage you from going any further, they aren't hard to find with some exploration & being killed by a minefield will unlock this achievement
Chapter 4 has quite a lot of minefields, just before you go through the broken wall to the train depot, if you turn right & go past the two giant concrete barriers it will take you straight to a minefield, happy explodin'.
