METHOD: Near the beginning of the mission, past the area you learned those sick new crane skills, kill the Draconian Burner mini-boss (fat red dude - no not Mario - with a jetpack and giant laser cannons for arms). You'll see more of them further into the game, but this achievement is specifically related to the first one you meet that has the health bar.
