UNLOCKS: On completing the puzzle found in Mission 4's side mission, Alpha and Omega
MISSION: Mission 4, Roadside Picnic
DIFFICULTY: Any
CO-OP: Unlocks, all players
METHOD: Found while working your way through the tunnels for the Alpha and Omega side mission achievement. Shortly after the first hard right turn you'll see two Gnaar (one eye, all mouth, ugly) rush out of a room on the right. Kill them and enter the room. Against the wall will be a stack of boxes; shoot them or blow them up. Not judging, but there's only one right answer to that choice. A ladder down will be revealed. Make your way down and notice a wall with flashing switches. You'll need to trigger these in a specific order to pop the achievement and unlock some goodies.
The order you need, where the top row is 1 2 3 4 left-to-right and the bottom row is 5 6 7 8 left-to-right:
