UNLOCKS: On deploying a T.A.C.T. (the artillery targeting laser); no specific target necessary
MISSION: Mission 3, Siberiade
DIFFICULTY: Any
CO-OP: Unlocks, individually
METHOD: The first T.A.C.T is available at the second location for Inborn Plumber (see below). After getting into the snowmobile, drive a long, uninterrupted straight until you hit a T-intersection. While going this route, you'll pass the jet being shot down on the right followed by a propaganda drone also on the right. At the T-intersection, take a right and pass the side mission (Hide and Seek) on your left. Keep straight, you'll see a path to your right and just beyond it a fenced perimeter with several buildings within. Soon after you'll see a right turn and just beyond it, a fenced perimeter with several buildings. You'll enter the big building on the right wrapped in tentacles. At the back left of the room will be the puzzle. Immediately to the right of the puzzle, upon completion, will be a case containing the T.A.C.T. Walk outside, equip the T.A.C.T, light something up, and enjoy the show.
