This achievement is for finding and completing all 5 of the secret retro levels. I advise you to follow the collectables video for the achievement. It's a very good guide and includes these secret levels.
The only other tip needed is that the first secret level requires you to pick up a health power up to complete the level, but you can't pick it up if you have full health. Just save before you go in, and try to lose some health before you kill all the enemies.

Literally what all the other guides for the misc. cheevos should be. Instead we got the verbal diarrhea of some redditor with 98% unnecessary blabbel.
