Just select the garden level after beating the game and choose whatever difficulty you can handle. Then choose warrior monk mutator which like all mutators can be unlocked in firefight mode. The tricky bit are the flamethrower units, you have to punch their back canisters to kill them, having auto kick off is reccomended. Other than that, kick or throw weapons at enemies then exit stage
