How to unlock the 5 Shots, 5 Kills achievement in Shadow Complex Remastered - Definitive Guide

I followed the excellent solution of @Glokas, but as @Cerberus XII mentions in the comments the pistol works better. I recorded my routine after I've obtained the achievement:

So prerequisites:
- full suit (so you'll be invincible after 2 seconds)
- equip pistol
- aim assist off
- top of the map

When you follow this video, there will be 3 easy targets and 2 more difficult ones. But not that difficult, just make sure you don't lose any health.

Good luck!

Decent shout, but you're better off starting from the same save room, popping the two blokes on the two screens to your right, then heading out back to the left of the save room then up two screens and there's three guys there just waiting to be shot in the head one after another. Child's play with the full suit and armour ability that grants you. Use the pistol (not the inertial element, the spread is too wide) so you know your headshot will count. Easy as that

p.s. Upvoted of course, because it works great, even if not quite the most efficient way of getting the achievement

Excellent work!!! Thank you so much for making a video showing this Solution In-Action. The more I messed around with it, the Pistol does seem to work better. I wish I could Up Vote this solution but it won't let me. It seems like alot of people are having difficulty with this Achievement. This video is going to make sure they can get it. Again -- Stellar work here!

I found this one to be extremely tough until the latter part of the game. What I did was waited till I had the entire Suit (Helmet normally being the last piece) so when you stand still for a second or 2, you become invincible, and all the Gold Bars to ensure you have the choice of any weapon you want.

What I found best was to go to the Golden Weapon Room (Near where we first enter the Complex and is usually noted on the Map by a Gold Exclamation Point), and grab whichever machine gun you feel best with. Preferably the one with the most ammo. You DO NOT want to try this with the Inertial Element Gun, its spread is too iffy. Once you grab your gun, and as I said before, have the full Suit, go to the top of the Map. There are several areas you can attempt this at. You'll find alot of guys just standing around, so really you're spoiled for choice. I like to Crouch, and even Crouch Speed Walk (Hold down LT to crouch, and Hold X to move a bit faster) to be careful, cause anytime you move while crouching, the invincibility shield never dissipates! Just stand still, aim careful and always take your time shooting right at their heads. It has to be Head Shot after Head Shot it seems. No: Head Shot, Head Shot, Body Shot, then 3 more Head Shots. It has to be consecutive. You'll have plenty of Ammo and of course invincibility, due to the Full Suit.

You will probably find a place that seems to work best and a nearby Save Room, which you can always Load Last Save to Refresh all enemies. I actually found a spot that worked on the Top of the Map. It has a Save Spot right next to an empty space Map Section that looks like a sideways Tetris "T" piece. Sorry if that doesn't help much, I don't have a pic to upload. But, you'll have plenty of guys on the Top portion of the Map, and a good, close Save Room will always refresh enemies.

This is only my second guide, so I'm trying to make them as comprehensive and detailed as can be. I LOVE Shadow Complex and I definitely wanna contribute to helping everyone with this Amazing game. Message me anytime with any questions, if you need help or if I made a mistake with something, I'm here to help. Thanks for reading and happy Head Hunting!

Does a non-killing body shot reset it also? I'm having trouble with this one.

Missing a shot also resets. It's much easier with the pistol and turning the auto aim off in the settings.

Good point on the Auto Aim Settings. As far as I know it had to be a constant stream of Head Shots x5. Anything that isn't a Head Shot once you start your 5 HS sequence seems to break it. I had alot of trouble myself with it, but once I did what I put in my guide, it finally worked. I has more luck with the Machine gun you get before the Inertial Element myself. Its good to know someone is having some good results with another weapon. People are gonna need help with this one, so all suggestions and comments can only help!

Yea, I think the pistol worked better for me because it only fires one shot per trigger pull and I was occasionally holding the trigger a fraction too long, killing an enemy with the first shot and missing with the second unintented shot.

That's great idea actually. Would you mind if I added it into the solution? With credit to you, of course.

Load up a 100% save on casual, go to the golden room and pick up the pistol then head to area above the factory and you will find at least 5 to 8 soldiers, take advantage of the full armor as staying stationary make you invincible as long as you stand still, should be easy with the armor as i got it first try, good luck

Load a 100% save file up, grab the Pistol from the Golden Gun room, and head to the 3x2 room which is directly above the 5x3 in the light blue (Factory) part of the map. There is a camera here on the far right wall, as long as this camera is intact, 1 enemy will respawn.

Kill all enemies until all are dead and head to the right wall to where the camera is. You will see the enemy appear that respawns from the right. Assuming you have the Fusion Helmet, you are unable to take damage as long as you remain stationary. Simply stand still headshotting each soldier as they spawn. Once done 5 times, the trophy will pop.

The Fusion Helmet does work for this Trophy as it is how I acquired it. It makes this trophy easy as you won't take any damage while stationary.

This one can be tricky. I recommend having the golden guns unlocked. Get the golden pistol and head to the factory (light blue area). Find the room with a camera (it is a 3 wide, 2 high room just above the 5 wide, 3 high room). Kill everyone in the room but leave the camera. Also shoot the barrels. Now stand just to the right of the box in the foreground and aim just above the pipe on the right. Now the soldiers will keep coming as long as the camera is intact. Pull the trigger just as Jason aims at them and you should get a headshot. Do this five times without reloading or being hit and it should unlock. I think the achievement does not factor in the Omega Helmet so getting hit still resets the counter.

Here's another way to get the trophy, easier.
To complete this trophy you will have access to a secret gold room.
Just load your 100% save and head towards the room. Take the golden pistol there and head to the Factory (light blue area). Find a 3x2 room with a camera (located above the 5x3 room). Kill every enemy, but don't get caught by the camera. Also shoot the barrels. Stand to the right of the box and aim above the pipe on the right. As long as the camera detects your presence, opponents will appear. Click on How can you be sure that the shot will be followed by a headshot? Repeat this 5 times without recharging.
And to really simplify your task, try to take the Helmet of Defense and stand motionless in a stance, then any hit to you will be reflected, you are invulnerable.
