Bombas are the small spider-type robots you see clinging to walls and ceilings, and occasionally on the ground. They appear everywhere pretty much. If you see one on the ground just go up to it and press

There is a save spot I believe right before you are reunited with the girl. Go out to the left of that door (near the save spot) and there is a Bomba on the ground, you can actually kick it (press B when prompted to kick) twice each time, save it. Reload last checkpoint and rinse and repeat to get this one really fast!
