This will unlock automatically when you reach level 20. no need to go exploring for everything on your own. Your level carries over into every new game so don't worry about hitting it in a single play-through.

This will unlock once you reach level 20.

Will come naturally, and you will acquire this very early if following the Roadmap. Refer to Serious Complex for the farming method here if you wish.

This will unlock at level 20 because you are rewarded with the map being revealed. I am not sure if there is any other way to unlock it because I hit level 20 before I was anywhere near uncovering the map in my first play through.

You need to reach level 20 and the card will open as a bonus. 100% opening of the card itself is not required.

Chances are, if you're playing on Normal, you'll unlock this trophy just by playing. However, there is a faster method:
Start a new game on Insane in a new save slot, go to the location where you are attacked by a spider robot, kill it, go to the save room, exit the game. And repeat this several times until you get the level 20 you want, the trophy is yours
