This will unlock naturally as you go for ChAIRness 
, and Jason Bailey , but it's advisable to collect all off these in your 1st playthrough.
Collecting all Gold Bars will unlock the Golden Gun room for every subsequent playthrough. The Golden Gun room provides a Golden type of any weapon you have collected during your time with the game. These variants are slightly stronger than the originals, provide more XP and allow you to have access to the weapons from the start of the game. The Golden Gun room can be found just to the left of where you acquire the starting pistol.
