Hi guys ! This cheevo is finally obtainable since the 03/31/16.But you'll need to do a new playthrough (or having a save just before the last upgrade).
You'll need to get all the armor's parts but also the Gauss rifle.So don't worry like me if you don't get the cheevo just after you got the Helmet,it's normal.

Just a head up: After you get the Gauss Rifle in that room with the exclamation mark the achievement won't pop just yet you need to get the inertial element first then the cheevo will pop. You're welcome!

This achievement is currently glitched. I assume it is supposed to be rewarded when you gather all the pieces of the Omega Armor, but even at 100% it does not unlock.
When it is fixed you can refer to "Completionist" for more details.
