So I did this when I had access to most of the map.
There is a room with a gun emplacement (turret) and a few enemies where you can get about 2% per try.
- Go to the room marked on the map:
- Mount the turret (you have to kill the soldier first).

)- Kill all the soldiers in the room
- Go to the save point / room on the right and let the game save.
- Load Last Save
- Rinse and Repeat

This should come naturally throughout your playthroughs.
If not, there is a Turret in the room to the left of the furthest right save room. Simply kill all the enemies here with the Turret, save in the nearby save room, press option's and select 'load last save' to respawn the enemies. Now repeat until the trophy pops.

This is a cumulative achievement; just keep shooting enemies. I am not sure if missile or foam turrets count. If you want to farm it you can head to the furthest right save room, run outside, hop on the turret, kill everyone, head back to the save room, load last save, repeat.

An excellent place to get a trophy, you clear the room, go save to the right and restart the checkpoint. And in a circle......) (The most ideal option there is to be in a full set of armor, although you can reduce the difficulty level)
