Bombas are the small mechanical looking spiders. You will see them starting very early in the game. If there is one crawling on the ground you can run up to it and press "B" to punt it. But be careful they will shock you and cause damage. You will easily find 20 to punt over the course of the game.
Kronos174 also confirmed that the bombas that are walking on a wall can be shot down and punted before they explode. Make sure you are close to where it will land though because you don't have a ton of time before they do explode once it hits the ground.
Sogeman also confirms that if you punt a bomba into a wall it can bounce back and you can punt it a second time, but be warned that you will take damage because it will explode right after the second punt.

You could also punt the ones that are on the ceiling after you shoot them down, before they explode. This helped me get it a lot faster considering that most of the ones I punted where done while using this method.

To punt a Bomba press 
while close to them to pull off a melee hit. There are plenty to do this on so just keep repeating it until you get the achievement.
