For this achievement you have to kill 5 soldiers with a melee attack. Stand near an enemy and press B to do a melee attack.
The first bunch of enemies after you lost the girl are easy to melee so i recommend to melee 5 of them in the beginning of the game.

to add on this guide, I should mention that during the melee cutscene, you are invulnerable.

To Melee press the 
button when close enough to an enemy. Do this 5 times for the achievement.
