How to unlock the Asking Price achievement in Shadow of the Tomb Raider - Definitive Guide

You can find your first merchant when you get to Kuwaq Yaku; he is southeast of, and right next to the ruins that are part of the Where the Twins Confer objective.

You buy with gold, and you'll get most of your gold from enemies you kill and loot.

Just buy one silent arrow for 60gold and the cheev pops.

This achievement is self-explanatory. 

In each of the main cities/towns of the game—Kuwaq Yaku, Paititi, and the Mission of San Juan—there are merchants who sell a variety of goods including ammunition, crafting resources, equipment upgrades, vestige outfit pieces, weapons, weapon attachments. All you need to do is buy any one item from a merchant and this achievement will unlock.
