To unlock this achievement, you'll need to finish the Hearts and Minds side mission.
The side mission itself is built up of three smaller missions:
- Retrieve the King's Horn
- Retrieve the Savior's Amulet
- Retrieve the Champion's Bow

This achievement will unlock upon completing the "Retrieve the Champion's Bow" side mission in Paititi.

It can be completed right before the final story mission of the game or post-story in free-roam.

The trophy is glitchy. After a conversation in the cave that Lara needs to get a bow to complete the ritual, she needs to find and kill the Nagual, nothing happens. The quest marker does not appear, repeated dialogues lead to nothing, and the passage to the Nagual in the jungle does not open. If you are facing the same problem as me, there is a way to solve this problem. We delete the game, we do not delete the saves. Turn off the Internet on the console itself and install the game again without installing the patch. After this the quest works without problems. Tested on the disc version of the game.

As of 10/02/2019, the trophy can be obtained without problems and the glitches described above do not occur.
This glitch may have been fixed in the latest update.
PS The trophy drops immediately after completing the side quest (and not immediately after killing the Nagual).

The quest will appear after you lose the silver casket and return to Paititi. In the cave of the skull.

the trophy dropped immediately after killing the nagual
digital version has no glitches, about 10 arrows were enough, although I was preparing for war

The Nagual can be met by completing the Hearts and Minds side quest chain given by Uchu in the Secret City.

The trophy is not given immediately after killing the beast, but upon completion of the quest.
