How to unlock the Como Te Llama achievement in Shadow of the Tomb Raider - Definitive Guide
Llamas are found in The Hidden City (Paititi), and you can pet them by approaching and interacting with them. For this achievement, you will need to interact with 5 unique llamas inside the city. There locations can be a little bit tough to fit, so I've included this video guide to find 5+ quickly.

Just a note that the two Llamas in San Juan also count for this.

As soon as you pet de first Llama, restart de checkpoint and pet the same Llama again. Do it 5 time and the achievement will pop up.

I did it this way too. I went back and pet two of the llamas I had already pet and the achievement popped.

To unlock the Como Te Llama trophy in Shadow of the Tomb Raider you must locate and pet five llamas. The place to do this is in the Hidden City so you'll have to progress through to the game's major hub area before you can get it.
There are llamas dotted around the inhabited regions of either side of the river. Approach and pet five different llamas to get the trophy. Unfortunately you can't pet the same llama twice for this trophy.
Here's an excellent video guide from PS4Trophies if you get stuck.

If you have been to the hidden city and didn’t unlock this trophy it’s not a big issue because you can fast travel back at any point and you will also return to the hidden city later on in the story so you have plenty of time to explore the city and go llama searching but you have another option as there are two llama in Mission of San Juan. Fast travel to Mission Gate Base Camp and go through the main gate on your left. Straight ahead will be an unused fountain and just past that you will see a merchant. To the left of both the fountain and the merchant is the stables, you will find two llama inside.
This achievement can be obtained when you arrive in Paititi. All you need to do is approach a llama and, when the button prompt appears onscreen, tap to pet the animal. Please take note that you must pet five different llamas; you cannot pet the same llama five times.
There are a number of llamas around the city: there is one in front of the "Unuratu's Home" base camp; there is one nearby on the hillside; there are two at the market square in town; there is one up the hill southwest of the market square. If you miss any of these llama locations, you can also find two more locked up in the stables of the Mission of San Juan.

In the game there are not five Llamas, but 11. You can pet 9. (Perhaps there are even more)
You can pet one Llama 5 times and do something, the achievement will fall out.

Llamas must be petted intermittently, otherwise they will not be counted. You can at least grind one to death, the trophy will not fall out. We petted one, did a quest, petted it again. But there shouldn’t be any problems; they are in prominent places if you investigate everything.
