How to unlock the Creature Comforts achievement in Shadow of the Tomb Raider - Definitive Guide

You'll need to complete "The Nightmare" DLC campaign mission first. Once done, travel to an area where you can wear all costumes, I always head to Kuwaq Yaku village though it doesn't matter.

The "White Breath skill" is for completing the mission, the "Griff of Fear White Knuckle" is an option for your climbing axe and the "Scales of Q Feathered Serpent" is one of the last outfits. Make sure you wear everything and specifically pick the right outfit, the Achievement will then unlock.

Btw its Grip of Fear White Knuckle not Griff of Fear like the description says.

After you finish the quest for this DLC, equip the Grip of Fear White Knuckle climbing axe and Scales of Q Feathered Serpent outfit at a campfire. The achievement will pop when you exit out of the campfire interface.

Once you have completed the new Challenge Tomb in "The Path of Fear" side mission, you will automatically unlock the White Breath Skill. Then, once you complete the side mission entirely, you will be rewarded the Grip of Fear White Knuckle and Scales of Q Feathered Serpent.

All you need to do now is head to any base camp and equip the aforementioned weapon and outfit. The achievement will unlock when you back out of the base camp and regain control of Lara.

From melee weapons, you need to choose the “Terrifying Handle of Fear” and the “Scales of the Feathered Serpent” robe.

The terrifying hilt of fear, in the cold section (pickaxe)
Scales K - Feathered snake.
