How to unlock the Destiny's Trialed achievement in Shadow of the Tomb Raider - Definitive Guide

The "Forge of Destiny" Challenge Tomb is a later part of "The Forge" DLC. To access it you'll play through the new mission. The entirety is shown in my Walkthrough below with a run time of 33 minutes. The specific tomb challenge is around 21:00 in the video.
