This will unlock as you play through the game. However if you want to get this done as fast as possible, when you reach the point (pictured below) where the game introduces you to vine wall movement, you can kill the one enemy and then reload your checkpoint. It starts you right back before you kill the enemy, so you can obtain this quickly.

To get it done quicker with less reloads, carry on past that point and there are 4 enemies. Kill 3 then reload - do not kill the fourth or you will get a new checkpoint.

This achievement is missable since there are no enemies present in the game world post-story.

You can perform stealth takedowns on enemies by sneaking up behind them and tapping when the button prompt appears onscreen. This achievement will more than likely be obtained naturally over the course of your playthrough since stealth is usually the primary form of execution when it comes to dealing with Trinity forces throughout the game.

It's worth noting that you can distract enemies in a variety of ways in order to get their backs toward you for a stealth takedown. Such distractions include luring them away via a shot arrow or thrown battle, or hand-crafted smoke bombs.
