How to unlock the Look, Over There! achievement in Shadow of the Tomb Raider - Definitive Guide

You can get this very early on, an easy way to get them distracted even if there are no items around is to step out of cover just a little bit until their indicator goes white then go straight back in cover, they'll start walking in your direction but not be on full a alert. Cover can be a wall or a bush but probably safer in a bush.

Then stealth kill from said bush and you'll be all set. That's 1/3. Repeat 2 more times and you're done. This can be done by the 3rd of 4th encounter with enemies in the story if not before. Good luck!

I used achievement tracker and prette sure I killed 4 enemies before it popped so just saying!

This achievement is missable since there are no enemies present in the game world post-story. 

When an enemy enters a "search state" and begins roaming around an area, investigating a noise (possibly that you created with a shot arrow or thrown bottle) or a dead body (again, by your doing), they are considered to be distracted. It's at this time that you will want to kill an enemy via a quick headshot or a stealth takedown. 

Fortunately, this achievement will most likely come naturally over the course of your playthrough without much planning or thought on your end. That being said, if you want to ensure you get this done early on, remember to loose an arrow near an enemy or use bottles and cans to distract an enemy before you move in for the kill.

can be done at the very beginning after you get out of the cave with the dagger. you will meet just three. throw a bottle between them that stands on the boxes and kill them.
