to complete this achievement, you need to electrocute 200 enemies, you can do this by applying a electrical damage rune (or runes) to a gun, i prefer to use The Purgator

you may have finished the story but you have not finished the achievement, not to worry, just complete some of the side quests or you can start a new game in a different slot.
