The challenges are located on a mountain of the Dragon Mountain. They are marked by pink exclamation marks on the map. You unlock them in the course of the game. There are two of each and a final. Seven challenges in total.
To avoid frustration, you should wait until the end of the game. You will receive a strong sword from Zilla. With this sword, the challenges are much easier and can even be done on the first try. You should also have collected enough rage at the beginning.
In the last challenge you will fight two Corrupted Kamiko. I mainly used the Springchester, improved with explosive ammunition. As soon as one has only a little more than half of its health left, use Shadow Fury and deal massive damage to it with the Rifle or Sword. As soon as one is dead, the other is easy.
